K2 Gondogoro La Trek

K-2 is located in the heart of the Karakoram Range and can be seen in its entirety from Concordia. This sublime pyramid sits at the head of the Godwin Austin Glacier which unites with a second glacier at Concordia to form the mighty Baltoro Glacier. K-2, “mountain of mountains,” as referred to by Reinhold Messner in the account of his 1979 ascent of this giant. K2 BC is to be considered one of the world’s great treks with breathtaking scenery unsurpassed anywhere else in the high mountains.

K2 BC over Gondogoro La in Pakistan is one of the best treks in the world. It will take you into the heart of the mighty karakoram and gives the best view of many world highest peaks, including, K2, Broad Peak,Trango Towers, Gasherbrum and Mustagh Peak. We believe that walking on the Baltoro Glacier and crossing the Gondogoro La into Hushe Valley is an amazing experience which will stay with you for the rest of your life.
K2 BC & Gondogoro La trek requires mountaineering skills to cross this pass. Whereas for K2 Base Camp & Concordia this is a high altitude walk where no technical skills are required and you walk back down Baltoro glacier from Concordia.
